Nestled at the foothills of the Viervoet Mountains near Ladybrand is a haven of peace and tranquility far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The accommodation consists of cottages and chalets which can sleep up to 30 guests as well as the main Lodge, which can sleep 12 guests.

Uniquely, The Lodge is inside a private, eco-friendly Game Park overlooking the Maluti Mountains of Lesotho. Oldenburg Lodge and Game Park welcomes individuals, families and larger groups for a convenient and pleasurable stay.

The Lodge itself is situated in our nationally recognised Oldenburg Game Park which contains an exceptional collection of native plants, animals and birds. This includes the previously endangered Black Wildebeest, a large herd of Africa's greatest antelope the Eland, which are indigenous to the area, and many other species of importance. Oldenburg is also home to several heritage sites including our unique Bushman cave paintings and farm buildings going back to the English period and earlier.

Our conference facility can cater for up to 150 delegates away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our restaurant can cater for lunch & dinner for 1 or groups, functions such as weddings, birthday parties, braai functions and conference events.
